Our Community Table

A DINING EXCLUSIVE
Getting to know our community through great food and great company!
The Hybrid Chef was inspired by the idea of bringing families back together around the dinner table. And now, as we are in our 9th year in business and 15 years in the Abacoa neighborhood,  I am excited to launch an exclusive community dining club.

One of the first additions to The Hybrid Chef kitchen after it was built was a custom-made, 11-foot farm table designed by a local craftsman.  Unfortunately, however, our kitchen opened for business during the summer of 2020 and Covid kept customers from visiting our retail space, denying me the opportunity to put the names to the faces of my faithful clientele.  Now its time to put our table to good use and bring back my ideas of introducing good friends and family around the dinner table.

Here is how it works:

Dates will be announced on the first of the month prior to the dinner for members to reserve their space and to the non-member invitees on the 7th each month.  Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.  Membership can be discussed at the events or send us an email for details

Over the past few months, we have thoroughly enjoyed everything about a local wine shop in Tequesta called Wine Proxy.  These visits just happened to coincide with the decision to start the dining club and a collaboration was born.  Brian, Tish and their staff will provide the wine service and the 5 different wines per evening, as well as offer you the option of purchasing the wines directly from them.

The evening will begin with hors d’oeuvres and a glass of bubbles upon your arrival.  Then everyone will proceed to their assigned seat around the community table, where the first of our wines will be poured.   They will offer a deep dive into the wine selections, answering any questions and provide you with the tidbits that make each wine special.

We are focused on building a community of like-minded adults that are interested in good food, getting together, developing and/or enhancing friendships, laughter, music and good old fashioned human interaction.   Won't you join us at one of Jupiter's finest dining establishments
